一. Temperature

The adhesive used for the pre-coated film is the hot melt adhesive. 

The temperature determines the melting state, the leveling performance of the hot melt adhesive, and the diffusion ability of the hot melt adhesive to the three substances of BOPP film, printing ink layer, and paper substrate, and also the crystallinity of the hot melt adhesive.

Only by correctly controlling the temperature of the working area, the solid hot melt adhesive layer of the pre-coated film can completely melted into a viscous state and has suitable fluidity to realize the wetting and bonding to the printed products, and the same time , it can ensure the instant curing after the lamination, make the laminated products has a smooth, bright surface and without creases.

二. Pressure

Appropriate pressure should be used while correctly controlling the laminating temperature.

The surface of the printed paper usually is not very smooth. Only under the appropriated pressure, the hot melt adhesive in the viscous state can fully moisten the surface of the printed products in the process of driving away the air from the surface of the printed product, enable the adhesive diffuse and dislocate in the ink and paper layer of the printed products to achieve a good bonding, forming a complete laminated products.
三. Speed
The lamination running speed determines the time for the pre-coated film and paper prints to achieve bonding.
When the temperature and pressure fixed, Different speed of the lamination can cause changes for the lamination film effect.

Due to the limitation of temperature upper limit and pressure supply, it will only change from the direction less than the set value, and with the acceleration of the speed, the decrease is obvious, the heat pressure force declines, the composite effect is deteriorated, the running speed is too fast, and the bonding is not strong, there will be foggy, too slow is inefficient, and even blistering.
