The main reasons for the tactile film mulching are the imbalance of the film transmission roll, the inconsistency of the two ends of the film, the wave edge, the thickness of the rubber layer, the uneven ends of the electric heat roller and the rubber roll, the unequal pressure and the line speed, which can be adjusted to the balance state, the film and the adjustment coating respectively. The amount of glue is increased and the temperature of the drying channel is increased, the position of the electric roller and rubber roller and the process parameters are adjusted.
There are the following reasons for the blistering of the tactile coated product:
1.the printing ink layer is not dried: first pressing it over again and gluing it, it can also delay the date of tactile film covering and make it dry and thorough.
2.the printing ink layer is too thick: it can appropriately increase the amount of adhesive coating, increase the pressure and compound temperature.
3. the surface temperature of the compound roller is too high: cooling measures such as air cooling and closing electric heating wire are adopted to reduce the temperature of compound rollers as soon as possible.
4. The drying temperature of tactile film is too high: if the drying temperature is too high, the surface of adhesive will be crusted and foaming will occur, then the drying temperature should be reduced appropriately.
5. the cause of the film: the foaming failure caused by the wrinkle or relaxation of the film, the inhomogeneous film or the edge of the film, can be solved by adjusting the tension size or replacing the qualified film.
6. the reason for the adhesive concentration: high concentration of adhesive, large viscosity or uneven coating and low dosage is also one of the reasons. At this time, the concentration of adhesive should be reduced by diluent, or the coating quantity and uniformity should be improved properly.
7. Pressure roller pressure is too small: the whole printing surface bubble because the pressure roller pressure is too small, can increase the pressure of the pressure roller.
8. top paper: there are bubbles on the lap of the two sheets because the two sheets of paper come together before and after the tapping. This phenomenon is mainly manifested in thick paper tactile film covering. If the print is in a large mouth, the reversible clockwise adjustment of the stepless speed gear wheel makes the two sheets of paper have a certain overlap, and the seal can open the distance between the two sheets in the mouth hours, but the distance should not be too large. Otherwise, the tail film will appear after the tactile film is cut.
9. printed matter lotus leaf edge: the storage of printed products is usually thousands of stacked together, which causes the moisture absorption on the whole area of paper will not be very balanced, the edge area of the moisture absorption should be serious, this is the cause of the lotus leaf edge. Printed matter with lotus leaves will flatten under the pressure of tactile film, but it will be restored after leaving the pressure roller. This produces bubbles. The solution is to dry or moisten the printed matter with lotus leaves.
